Ivy Sher has three children, three dogs and overabundant clutter in her cozy cottage-style home in Lake Balboa, California. With two of her children heading off to college in the fall, Ivy is ready to sell and downsize to a smaller home. Although her home is larger than most of the others in the area, a buyer might never know it with her clutter and competing styles.
