Dan and Kerry live in Charlotte, North Carolina, and have been married for over 20 years. They love spending quality time with their two children, Hayley and Luke, especially out on the water. Over the years they've rented vacation homes along the coast of North Myrtle Beach but have grown tired of always visiting within a set time frame. After saving for several years, Dan and Kerry feel that now is finally the time to pull the trigger and buy a place of their own.
