An active couple is ready to leave the busy city of Oahu and find their own piece of paradise on the black sand shores of the Big Island, HI. He wants a large lanai for hosting parties and she's looking for a secluded location with direct ocean access. Their realtor knows that finding a house in the Big Island's competitive beachfront market won't be easy and someone is going to have to compromise if they want to find the perfect home.
