As seen on HGTV's Beach Flip, the finished downstairs guest bedroom of the Southwind condo, designed by Lucy and Daphney, is now a multifunctional office and workspace featuring a rustic wood and metal desk with a red accent chair.

Before the renovation, this first floor bedroom was decorated with a fish motif and dated wicker furniture. The small deck outside was difficult to access because of the furniture arrangement.

Lucy and Daphney, of HGTV's Beach Flip, created a sleeping space perfect for kids in this multi-functional room, with a lofted bed and sleeper sofa beneath.

Before the renovation, this room's twin beds blocked access to the room's closets and patio space.
