About
I fell in love with interior design at a young age. Growing up my Mom taught me that a home could be both functional and beautiful. She loved decorating our home and updated it often. Because of this I made the decision to go to interior design school. I graduated from American Institute of Interior Design and worked for a couple of different design firms. After I had my daughter I decided to stay home with her, but eventually I started designing again on the side and Lexi Westergard Design was born.
I strive to work with each client utilizing their ideas and input while incorporating my own professional touch to create a space that is elegant and fresh. I find that mixing different styles of furniture with unique textures and patterns helps to create a space that is interesting. I love creating a home that is not only beautiful, but also livable. My aesthetic can best be described as clean, bright, and fresh.
When I am not designing I love to spend time with my husband and two kids. We love being outdoors as much as possible (when it’s not 110 degrees). We also love to travel and spend time at our family cabin in Wyoming.
