Gail Wright is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in advertising, as well as degrees in business and psychology.  Her love for home design started young, but she became inspired to begin her career as an interior designer after completing school and traveling around the country.  She has lived in many different places including Florida, San Diego California, and her current home, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

Gail's love for "everything home" has made her an accomplished interior designer in Pittsburgh, Pa.  While working in residential design, she found her passion in patterns and textiles.  In 2012 she launched her own fabric, pillow, and wallpaper collection.  Currently the line carries over 20 designs that feature bold, bright prints.  The shop also sells other home goods, hand-made by her and her husband, "Mr. Wright".

The inspiration behind her brand was that Gail believes that life begins at home.  Wright at Home is a lifestyle, focusing on interior design, cooking, gardening, and everything home related.   The heart of the home starts in the kitchen and that is where she spends most of her free time.  She loves preparing meals for her family and friends.  Most of the recipes shared on Wright at Home are quick, simple, crowd pleasing dishes. Gail uses fresh, seasonal ingredients often from her own garden or locally sourced in the Pennsylvania area. 

When Gail is not designing or cooking, you can most certainly find her outdoors.  Her favorite pastimes include going on long walks with her dog Marley, hiking, fishing, watching football, and working in her garden.  Follow Gail on her day-to-day adventures at home and get inspired to do the same in your own!
