The founder, Deena Bell Llewellyn, ASLA, Florida Registered LA #0001620, is the creative visionary and driving force behind all design for the firm. Mrs. Bell Llewellyn graduated from the prestigious School of Environment and Design from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude, and began her career in Miami, Florida in 1991. Being a “type A” personality and energetically ambitious, she was professionally licensed in 1996 and became a partner in her firm at a young age.

Deena Bell Llewellyn has over two decades of years of experience in the practice of Landscape Architecture in Florida and the Caribbean. Her staff consists of professionals trained in landscape architecture, design, architecture, engineering, accounting, and building construction.  Employing professionals with diverse professional training and skills allows the firm of Bell-la to provide a potential client with a full scope of services from conceptual design, to detailed construction documents, to building department permitting, to construction management and supervision in a detailed and cohesive manner.

Bell-la’s projects vary greatly in size and scale and consist of residential estates, boutique hotels, commercial buildings, public parks, condominium developments, public schools, and institutional site development projects throughout Florida and the Caribbean. Deena Bell Llewellyn’s extensive education and training in architecture, art, engineering, urban planning, sustainable design, green building, and horticulture are brought together to create built and natural masterpieces that are meticulously custom- designed for the client’s style, intended use, and way of living.
