From: 2to5 Design
December 12, 2018

Bright colors, bold patterns and playful art update this Victorian home for a new family. Still, the 2to5 Design team didn't want to stray too far from the past, so they preserved the home's crown molding and wood bannisters, as well as installed a reproduction of an original window. In turn, the home feels fresh yet full of character.

White Transitional Kitchen with Classic & Modern Touches

This Victorian home features a fully updated kitchen sprinkled with both modern and classic touches. The design team expanded the space to make room for a mudroom, in the process opening it up to a flood of natural light. Contemporary Meets Classic in this Bright White Kitchen

The owners of this Victorian home wanted to update the kitchen, baths and living spaces to reflect the family's casual lifestyle. The design team expanded the kitchen, creating a clean and crisply contemporary space that's flooded with natural light. The marble top on the island pairs with bentwood chairs to add Parisian flair to the space, while a reclaimed wood dining table infuses warmth and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe.
