In her former role as an HGTV editor, she covered topics such as home design, decorating, holidays, gardening and weddings. Prior to her 9-year career at HGTV, she received a BA in English Literature from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and was a floral designer, specializing in weddings and landscape installation.
