Jennifer Aniston's Midcentury Modern Estate
Rom-com queen Jennifer Aniston had her eye on this Beverly Hills residence for 7 months before scooping it up for $13.5 million in 2006. Designed by renowned midcentury modern architect Hal Levitt in 1970, the home had fallen into a state of disrepair, but Jennifer enlisted architect and interior designer Stephen Shadley to restore and expand it. The remodeled home, which was featured in Architectural Digest in March 2010, was listed by Jen for $42 million in early 2011. According to the Los Angeles Times, the home sold for around $37 million that June.
