Ingredients

  • (2) 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 5 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 14-oz. box of graham crackers
  • 12 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 6 glass jars

Step 1

Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice and sugar until smooth.

Break up graham crackers by hand or pulse in blender. Add 2 tablespoons to the bottom of each jar.
