Creamy Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
Serves 10-15
- 1 1/2 cups blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Saltine crackers or raw vegetables, for serving
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Optional: Melt two sticks of butter. Dip the crackers in the butter, and lay them flat on a sheet tray. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
