What was once an ordinary garage becomes a working arts center and studio. Starting with a 1 and a half car garage, the first step was to remove the garage door and replace with a bay window to let in some light. A cleverly disguised HVAC system and post are hidden out of sight in a closet. Per code, a metal door with panic bar was also installed. One wall is covered by 6 foot mirrored panels for the dance studio as well as special wood floors with extra cushioning for dancing.
