Right on the oceanfront of New England, this home was well-loved by its family of five, but needed an update now that the three kids were older. Each room got a floor-to-ceiling makeover with careful attention paid to protecting and showing off those amazing views!

The walkway leading up to the front door is bordered by green lawn on one side, feathery grasses on the other.

Shades of mauve and purple give velvety depth to this modern living room, especially in contrast to the bright white sectional and chairs. The look is elegant, but subdued...all the better to highlight the spectacular scenes out the window.

A small seating area is raised up slightly above the dining table, but keeps the sightlines open with a clear railing.
