Assemble Witch's Hat and Cat Ears
Glue the cone to the top of the cut-out circle to form a witch's hat (Image 1). Embellish with a band of bright green ribbon and a plastic spider (Image 2). Finally, glue the hat to one side of a headband. For the cat ears, glue the white triangle layer to the black triangle, then use hot glue to attach the ears to the center of the headband (Image 3).
