What you'll need:
- paint (two colors, one lighter than the other)
- foam core
- scissors or utility knife
- delicate-surface painter’s tape
- paint brush
Step 1
Cut foam core to fit inside a frame. Paint it the lighter of two colors. Let dry.
Step 2
Divide the foam core in half, marking the center with a piece of delicate-surface painter’s tape. Paint one half a darker color (paint multiple coats for a more opaque look), then peel off the tape while the paint is still wet. Let dry; frame.
