Materials Needed:
- metallic gold spray paint
- newspaper or canvas
- real or faux pomegranates
- card stock cut into small rectangles
- calligraphy pen or permanent marker
Paint Pomegranates
Protect surface with newspaper or canvas, then coat each pomegranate with a light layer of gold spray paint (Image 1). For a smooth surface, allow paint to fully dry between coats, then spray with another layer of paint. Write each guest's name on card-stock squares, then insert handwritten place card into natural slits at the top of pomegranate (Image 2). Repeat for each place setting.
